1. 1.1. in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1:
the paragraph one of part two after the words "50 percent" to add with words "(further - the state organizations)";
the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:
"In case of not achievement following the results of reporting quarter of excess of growth rate of labor productivity over growth rate of the salary to the head of the state organization the coefficient no more than 4 inclusive from the first following reporting quarter is established.
In case of achievement in the subsequent reporting quarter of excess of growth rate of labor productivity over growth rate of the salary the coefficient determined in the contract of the head of the state organization according to part two of this subitem from the first following reporting quarter is established.";
