For the purpose of ensuring activities of single window in organizations of Service of the state supervision of public health (SGNOZ), according to the Law on implementation of single window in implementation of business activity No. 161 of July 22, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 170-175, the Art. 496) and the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160 of July 22, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. 1. Approve:
1) Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of single window in organizations of Service of the state supervision of public health according to appendix No. 1;
2) the Standard list of the services rendered by means of single window and the list of allowing documents according to which organizations of Service of the state supervision of public health shall implement single window according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the CEO of the National center of public health, chief physicians of the municipal and district Centers of Public Health (CPH):
1) to Organize implementation and functioning of single windows on rendering services when implementing business activity since 1.01.2015; Develop and approve new Regulations on activities of single windows till January 1, 2015.
