About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 04.07.2018 No. 75.
2. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 at No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied.
3. The second offer of paragraph one of Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on procedure banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 03, 2003 No. 516, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes), after the words "it is fastened with seals of the parties" to add with words "(in the presence)".
4. Bring in the Instruction about clearing settlements in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 22, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2004 for No. 377/8976 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Chapter 7:
the paragraph one of Item 7.9 after the word "seals" to add with words "(in the presence)";
