2.3. payment of obligations of receivers of fund is made in the income limits which arrived in fund;
2.4. The Ministry of Communications and Informatization performs in the procedure established by it:
control of correctness of calculation and receipt of funds in fund, and also makes the decision on return of the amounts which are excessively paid to it;
distribution of fund between receivers.
3. Determine that the Government of the Republic of Belarus has the right to introduce in need of established procedure to the President of the Republic of Belarus offers on increase or reduction of the approved amounts of the income and expenses of the budget of fund for 2015, and also about refining of other its indicators is not more often than once a quarter if other is not established by legal acts.
4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till December 1, 2015 to submit for consideration of the President of the Republic of Belarus the draft of the presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus about approval of the budget of state non-budgetary fund of universal servicing of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization for 2016.
