1. Approve Regulations on procedure for distribution of TV programs entering obligatory public packet of TV programs it (is applied).
1-1. Determine the list of TV programs entering obligatory public packet of TV programs according to appendix.
Determine that TV programs entering obligatory public packet of TV programs extend distributors of products of television mass media in the sequence (priority) determined in the list specified in part one of this Item and shall precede other TV programs extended by the distributor of products of television mass media.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
