According to the subitem 3) of Article 11 and subitem 1-1) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications", I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for export licensing and commodity import and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) forms of statements for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) forms of licenses and (or) appendices to the license, according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to development department of foreign trade activity in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in official periodic printing publications and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after its first official publication.
