2. Recognize not as No. 454 which is subject to application the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation of September 19, 2011 "About approval of approximate form of the payment document for introduction of payment for content and repair of premises and provision of utilities and methodical recommendations about its filling" (registration No. 22321, the Russian newspaper of 2011, No. 273) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 16, 2011.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation A. V. Chibis.
