About compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About rescue service and the status of the rescuer" and for the purpose of ensuring full implementation of compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
financing of the expenses of insurers which are state-financed organizations on payment of insurance premiums according to Regulations on compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming is performed at the expense of budgetary funds;
the legal entities having rescue service or rescue forming shall sign the agreement of compulsory insurance according to requirements of the Regulations on compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming;
the legal entities recreating rescue service or rescue forming shall sign the agreement of compulsory insurance according to requirements of the Regulations on compulsory insurance of life and health of rescuers of rescue services and rescue forming within one month from the date of creation of such service or forming.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
