Article 1. "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia" to make the following changes to the Law of the Republic of Armenia:
1. To state article 30 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 30. Transport servicing of disabled people
For journey in the territory of the Republic of Armenia in urban, suburban and long-distance passenger transportation of all types (except taxi), the monetary compensation according to the procedure, established by the government of the Republic of Armenia is issued to disabled people of 1 and 2 groups, and also handicapped children since the childhood.".
2. To state article 34 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 34. Consumer services of disabled people
For payment of the electric power, gas, heating, water supply and the sewerage, refuse collection, and also subscriber fee for phone and radio the monetary compensation according to the procedure, established by the government of the Republic of Armenia is issued to disabled people of 1 and 2 groups, and also handicapped children since the childhood.".
Article 2. Voided
Article 3. Make the following changes to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About victims of political repression":
1. To state article 9 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 9. For journey in all types of urban, suburban and long-distance passenger transportation, irrespective of pattern of ownership (except taxi) in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the monetary compensation according to the procedure, established by the government of the Republic of Armenia is issued to victims of political repression."
