1) in Article 1:

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:

management system civil defense - the component of system of public administration of the Russian Federation intended for the solution of tasks in the field of civil defense and representing set of the bodies exercising control of civil defense and also control centers and technical means providing management of civil defense.";

"Article 2. Tasks in the field of civil defense
