About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia (on May 24, 1993, "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia" after the fourth part to add ZR-57) with new parts of the following content:
"The persons having the status of the handicapped child, studying in free system of the state highest and average special educational institutions at the bases founded by part four of this Article are subject to transfer in paid system of this educational institution if in case of execution of 18 years were not recognized as disabled people.
The persons having the status of the disabled person of 1 and 2 groups, studying in free system of the state highest and average special educational institutions at the bases founded by part four of this Article are subject to transfer in paid system of this educational institution if by results of the medico-social re-examination which is carried out during training are not recognized as disabled people.
Persons studying in paid system of the state highest and average special educational institutions in case of acquisition by them of the status of the handicapped child or the disabled person of 1 and 2 groups are subject to transfer in free system of this educational institution.
At the beginning of each academic year the disabled student shall submit to administration of educational institution the document confirming his disability".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
