ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan about provision to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan of the exit right in the simplified procedure from citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan and provision of the simplified procedure for acquisition of the nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic signed on June 7, 2002 in the city of St. Petersburg by it, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic as citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic accomplishment of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Publish this resolution in mass media.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on departments of international cooperation and for defense and law enforcement agencies of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
