Voided according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 03.07.2016 No. 361-FZ

Article 2

Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 22, 2005 No. 116-FZ "About special economic zones in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 30, Art. 3127; 2006, No. 23, Art. 2383; 2007, No. 45, Art. 5417; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6416; 2011, No. 49, the Art. 7043) to add with part 4.2 following of content:

"4.2. The description of location of borders of the special economic zone is performed according to the procedure, No. 78-FZ provided by the Federal Law of June 18, 2001 "About land management" for the description of location of borders of object of land management.".

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 6 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 6 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
