About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations, and their use
According to Item 14 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Make to decisions of the Commission of the Customs union changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes provided by this Decision becomes effective since September 1, 2015.

1. In the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations":
a) add with Item 2.2 of the following content:
"2.2. Approve with the term of entry into force since September 1, 2015 the qualifier of types of vehicles of international delivery (Appendix 25) and the qualifier of brands of road vehicles (Appendix 26).";
b) in Item 3 of the word of "state members of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "state members of the Eurasian Economic Union", shall be replaced with words words of "The secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union" "The Eurasian economic commission";
