About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2014 No. 535 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2013 No. 563" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.11. 2014, 1/15413) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

add subitem 1.1 with part two and the interlinear note of the following content to it:

"In the absence of need for provision of rent housing by the government employee housing intended for these purposes can be provided to the citizens who are holding the positions included in personnel registers of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, district, city executive committees, and not having premises in property (share in the right of common property to premises) and (or) in ownership and use ** in the settlement on place of employment (service). At the same time rent housing is provided to the specified citizens temporarily before emergence of need of provision of rent housing by the government employee, but not over the term of the employment (office) relationships with these citizens. The corresponding employment contract of rent housing can be terminated ahead of schedule upon the demand of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committee and the Minsk Gorispolkom in case of acquisition by the specified citizens in property (obtaining in ownership and (or) use) premises in the settlement on place of employment (service);
