Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in view of the offer of the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Bring in approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 6, 2014 No. 183 "Form of the notification on the employment contract and rules of its entering into electronic information system, the information form sent to the employer in connection with registration of the notification on the employment contract, including the rule connected with receipt in real time of data of the registered notification on the employment contract" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 6, Article 738) the following changes:
1. in subitems 2.2. 1, 2.2.2, 4.1.1 and 4.1.1.1 of the word "legal entity" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "state body or the legal entity" in the corresponding cases of noun.
2. in Item 3.5 of the word "with legal entities" shall be replaced with words "with state body or legal entities".
3. in appendices 1 and 3 of Rules of the word "legal entity" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "state body or the legal entity" in the corresponding cases of noun.
4. in appendices 6, 7 and 8 Rules of the word "legal entity" shall be replaced with words "state body or the legal entity".
