Based on the paragraph of the forty seventh of Article 26, parts one of article 118-1 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Article 39 and the paragraph of the ninth
1. Approve the Instruction about approval of candidates for heads of security services and economic safety, other divisions with similar functions it (is applied).
2. Determine that:
appointment of persons to positions of heads of security services and economic safety, other divisions with similar functions of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company is performed after approval of their candidates by National Bank;
the bank and the non-bank credit and financial organization, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company within five working days inform National Bank on change of structure of the division which is responsible for safety issues about appointment, transfer or dismissal (dismissal) of heads of security services and economic safety, other divisions with similar functions (in case of their availability) banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
