According to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of regulation of the procedure of office supervision in system of executive bodies of the government the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of office supervision in system of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To provide to heads of the central executive bodies of the government execution of requirements of this Procedure.

1. General provisions

1. The procedure of office supervision in system of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Procedure) is developed according to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan" and regulates procedures of office supervision in executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
