1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of creation of the territories of the advancing social economic development in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns);

requirements to the investment projects realized by residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development created in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns);

additional requirements to residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development created in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns);

Rules of maintaining the register of residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development created in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns);

criteria of creation of the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) in which there are risks of deterioration in economic and social situation, and in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) with stable social and economic situation.
