About approval of the Regulations on boundary representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic
In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of the solution of the questions connected with maintenance of the mode of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic and also for settlement of borderline cases on sites of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on boundary representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of cases of defense and law enforcement agencies of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. This Regulations on boundary representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic - (further - the Provision) regulate procedure for appointment of boundary representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic and their deputies (further - boundary representatives), and also the purposes, tasks and functional obligations.
2. Boundary representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic are appointed to certain sites of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic for the solution of the questions connected with observance of the mode of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic and settlement of borderline cases.
Sites of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic to which boundary representatives are appointed are established by the relevant contracts of the Kyrgyz Republic with the adjacent states.
Boundary representatives are appointed the chairman of the Border service of the Kyrgyz Republic from among officials of this service.
