According to article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education", for the purpose of involvement of youth to teaching activities, providing organizations of the preschool and general education with highly qualified personnel, increase in the status of the teacher and improvement of level of living of young teachers, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Determine surcharge to the salary to the young teachers working in rural organizations of the preschool and general education.

2. Approve the size and payment procedure of surcharge to the salary to the young teachers working in the rural zone it (is applied).

3. To the young teachers working in rural organizations of the preschool and general education to perform additional resources to the salary about September 1, 2015 and the next years within the means provided for organization of the general education.
