About the List of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to part 9 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia" and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1).

2. Approve the List of objects of the central state bodies, ministries, departments, companies and organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan which are not subject to transfer under protection of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 2).

3. In accordance with the established procedure and according to this List to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan acceptance under protection of objects.

4. To the ministries and departments within forming of indicators for the corresponding years to provide in the expense budgets necessary financing for ensuring protection of the protected objects.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring industry regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

6. Declare invalid the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 20, 1993, No. 19 "About improvement of protection of government buildings" and of May 2, 1994, No. 206 "About measures for strengthening of protection of organizations, the organizations, the companies, material values and money".
