3. Make change to the Structure of the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization approved by the Decision of Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization "About the number, structure and distribution of quota vacancies in the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization" of September 5, 2008 (with subsequent changes), having stated the Section "Management of Problems of Military Safety" in the following edition:
