1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of objects and rooms in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.

2. To department on fight against drug trafficking and control of drug trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kusetov S. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To chiefs of departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty to organize studying of this order by the staff of the relevant services and to provide its strict execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the police major general Demeuov M. G.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
