According to subitems 2) and 4) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine:
1) Committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for distribution TV, radio channels;
2) Committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category in the field of mass media according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2012 No. 1590 "About some questions of licensing of activities for distribution TV, radio channels" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 62).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
