About approval of the Procedure for licensing and form of the license of activities of carrying out obligatory technical inspection of vehicles public in the Republic of Armenia
According to part 3 of Article 10 and part 2 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Procedure for licensing of activities of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles in the Republic of Armenia, according to appendix No. 1,
2) the Form of the license of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles in the Republic of Armenia, according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia – after approval of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia and the chief of police of the Republic of Armenia to approve training programs of preparation and retraining of technical leads of stations of technical inspection of vehicles and controllers of technical condition of vehicles and to provide training of specialists, since June, 2007.
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 25, 2007.
