1. Approve:

The freight list, subject to special protection and support of the Ministry of Defence by divisions in transit by rail, according to the appendix N 1;

The freight list, subject to special protection and support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by divisions in transit by rail, according to the appendix N 2.

2. Dangerous goods, except belonging to 1 and 7 classes, allowed to transportation across the railroads in closed cars and containers according to the list provided in Rules of transportations of the dangerous goods by the railroads approved by Council for rail transport on April 5, 1996 with observance of provisions of the Order of the Government N 45 of January 24, 1994. "About regulation of transportations of dangerous goods on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and mitigation of consequences of possible at the same time accidents" (The monitor, 1994, N 1, Art. 26) are subject to obligatory escort of the consignor (consignee) by conductors, and the dangerous goods belonging to 1 and 7 classes - military guard (job specifications) of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security service and information militarized by protection of the consignor (consignee) or the railroad.
