Determine that data for entering into the state register of associations of employers are specified in the application of merging of employers submitted in the form approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The specified application is submitted to Federal Service for Labour and Employment:

merging of employers which register of members contains more than 5 organizations, - in the form of the electronic document signed by the simple digital signature through information and analytical system the All-Russian base of vacancies "Work in Russia" or with use of other information and telecommunication technologies provided by the Federal Law "About the Organization of Provision of the State and Municipal Services";

merging of employers which register of members contains 5 and less organizations, - in the form of the electronic document meeting the requirements specified in the paragraph the second this Item or in document type on paper, the merging of employers and the consolidation certified by seal signed by the head.
