About the Procedure and the amount of payment of additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons

According to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status" and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure and the amount of payment of additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Declare invalid the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 12, 1991, No. 346 "About transfer of bodies of civil registration of the Republic of Tajikistan into new economic working conditions on rendering additional paid services to the population".

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the acts into accord with this resolution.
