About establishment of discount to rates for transportation of separate cargoes within Ukraine for accomplishment of construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state

In pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 "Some questions of ensuring in 2015 construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state" I order to No. 107:

1. Establish in 2015 in transit railway transport of the separate cargoes within Ukraine connected with construction of engineering constructions which list is attached, discount in the amount of 30 percent to rates, except the charges and payments connected with these transportations, the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 on No. 340/16356 (with changes).

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
