About approval of the Procedure for stimulation of mobility of manpower

Based on part (4) article 20 of the Law N 102-XV of March 13, 2003. "About employment of the population and social protection of persons which are in job search" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, N 70-72, Art. 312) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Procedure for stimulation of mobility of manpower it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family:

provide realization of provisions of Item 1 of this resolution;

take measures for informing the population on legislative provisions for stimulation of mobility of manpower;

keep the statistical reporting on involvement of the unemployed to activities for stimulation of mobility of manpower;

inform the Government annually, till February 25, on implementation of measures of stimulation of mobility of manpower.

3. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family, the Ministry of Finance and National cash desk of social insurance to provide allocation of the specified financial resources necessary for establishment, since January 1, 2005, to the unemployed having the right to it, lump-sum allowance on employment and lump-sum allowance on arrangement.
