1. General provisions

1. The procedure for liquidation and write-off of weapon, military equipment, defense objects and other military property (further - the Procedure) is developed for the purpose of establishment of single procedure for liquidation and write-off physically or morally worn-out weapon and military equipment, defense objects and other military property.

2. Norma Poryadka are applied to weapon, military equipment, defense objects and other fixed assets (further - military fixed assets) being on the balance of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan and military forming determined according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About defense" (further - the State paramilitary organizations).

3. Military fixed assets are charged off and liquidated in the following cases:

- in case of complete physical wear and unfitness for further use;

- in case of impossibility or economic unprofitableness of their recovery;
