1. Realization in 2015 by the legal entities conducting forestry, subordinated to the Ministry of forestry, balances, raw materials of wood technological and plywood log to the woodworking and pulp-and-paper organizations of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest woodworking and pulp and paper industry in case of implementation of investment projects by them on creation (construction), technical retrofitting, upgrade and reconstruction of productions is performed out of the exchange biddings under civil agreements at the prices of the organizations manufacturers created according to the legislation in amounts according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of forestry and concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry to take necessary measures for realization in accordance with the established procedure of balances, raw materials of wood technological and plywood log under civil agreements within the amounts provided by this resolution and to provide control of their accomplishment, including regarding timely payment for the shipped balances, raw materials wood technological and plywood log.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
