About approval of the Regulations on the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and structure of the Center

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring activities of the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve "Regulations on the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic".

2. Approve "Structure of the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic".

3. Set limit of number of workers of the office of the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in 50 established posts.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

4.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

4.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on it;

4.3. check reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in three-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

4.4. resolve necessary issues financial and material logistics, connected with the organization of activities of the Center of transfer under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4.5. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
