1. Determine that:
1.1. electric utility service of the physical persons, and also legal entities which are not the organizations of rail transport public (further - third-party consumers), via devices of railway electric utility service * it is performed according to the procedure, established by the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 121, 5/34630);

* For the purposes of this resolution devices of railway electric utility service are understood as the infrastructure facilities of rail transport including complex of the technical constructions and devices providing electric utility service of infrastructure facilities of rail transport, vehicles of rail transport on the electrified sites of the railroad, and also the organizations of rail transport public.
