About modification of airport charges for servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" I order to No. 1548:

1. Bring in airport charges for the servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of April 14, 2008 No. 433, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2008 on No. 408/15099 (with changes), the following changes:

in the Section I of figure "1-20" to replace with figures "1-21";

the fourth subitem 2.3.1 of Item 2.3 of the Section II to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2.2 and the paragraph in the following edition:

"Persons who are exempted from payment for transportation by the air transportation according to the legislation of Ukraine;";

add Airport charges with new appendix it (is applied).

2. To provide to department of the air transportation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 5, 1998 No. 169 "About approval of airport charges for servicing of aircrafts at the international airport "Dnipropetrovsk", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 1998 for No. 348/2788 (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Shulmeyster V. Yu.
