1. Make changes to the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on management of state-owned property of July 13, 2007 No. 01/16-712 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment and maintaining the register of the state companies and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (рег. No. 1708 of September 3, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 35-36, 366) according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Resolution "About Approval of the Regulations on Accounting Treatment and Maintaining Register of the State Companies and Organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

1. State preamble in the following edition:

"According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2012 No. UP-4483 "About formation of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2006 No. 215 "About measures for ensuring effective management of the companies with the state share in authorized fund and proper accounting of state-owned property" and the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2012 No. 374, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition decides:".

2. In the Provision:

a) state preamble in the following edition:

p) state appendix No. 4 in edition according to appendix to these changes.

3. These changes are approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics.
