1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Omission on Entrance to Border Area to Foreigners and Stateless Persons" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Registration of the Foreigners and Stateless Persons Who Are Temporarily Staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid Orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in accordance with the established procedure official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and Department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sainov S. S.).
