The regulations of application of administrative punishments for making of administrative offenses in the field of TV and radio broadcasting (further - Regulations) provide the procedure and conditions of application of administrative punishments by Coordination council on television and radio according to the Law on television and radio N 603-XIII of 03.10.1995; The European Convention on cross-border television ratified by the Law N 1555-XV of 19.12.2002; The Code of administrative offenses of 29.03.1985; The Law on the advertizing N 1227-XIII of 27.06.1997; The Charter of Coordination council on the television and radio approved by the Resolution of Parliament N 988-XIII of 15.10.1996.

1.2. Control over the implementation of the legislation in the field of TV and radio broadcasting, being one of core activities of Coordination council on television and radio (further - KSTR), includes:

a) check of conditions of use of broadcast channels,

c) check of procedure for use of broadcast channels,

c) check of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on television and radio, the European Convention on cross-border television, the Law on advertizing, the Charter of Coordination council on television and radio and others legislative and regulations in the field of TV and radio broadcasting,

d) check of accomplishment of the obligations following from the license for broadcasting (inclusive the conditions provided in appendix to the license),

e) check of execution of solutions of KSTR,

f) check of accomplishment of instructions of the public prevention,

g) check of accomplishment of conditions of the contracts for relaying signed with the domestic and foreign teleradio organizations.
