Determine that:

the notification on acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract moves the owner of the company, organization, organization or the body (person) or physical person authorized by it (except the notification on employment of the member of executive body of economic society, the director, organization, the organization), and/or the resident Deystviye City in territorial authorities of the State Tax Service in the place of their accounting as payer of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, and physical person, signed the employment contract with the house worker, - to its tax address (residence) in form according to appendix 1 prior to work of the worker on the signed employment contract and/or prior to performance of works (provision of services) specialist gigabyte of the resident Deystviye City means of electronic communication with use of the digital signature of responsible persons, based on the qualified digital signature certificate, according to requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic document management;
