Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
2. Determine that since January 1, 2016 the single portal of electronic services is basic point of access for interested persons in case of remote filing of applications about implementation of ministerial procedures in electronic form (requests for their implementation) and obtaining according to results of executive decisions of state bodies and the organizations in the form of the electronic document.
3. To assign the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the actions plan specified in Item 1 of this resolution to heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.
4. Declare invalid:
