3. To local executive bodies of the government of the cities and areas, self-government institutions of settlements also sat down to promote implementation of this Concept.
4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to provide information to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about execution of this Concept.
