1. Liquidate National commission of experts concerning protection of public morals (further - the Commission).
2. Form the commission on liquidation of the Commission (further - liquidation commission) and to approve her as the chairman of the first deputy of the Commission chairman Derevyanchuk Gennady Efimovich.
3. To the chairman of liquidation commission:
approve staff of liquidation commission;
provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the Commission;
inform in five-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.
4. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which are applied.
5. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
