About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of archiving

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References, Copies of Archive Documents or Archive Statements" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state Service "Issue of Permission to Temporary Export out of Limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Documents of National Archive Fund Which Are in State-owned Property" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Apostilization of Archive References, Copies of the Archive Documents or Archive Statements Coming from the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Directed Abroad" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by this Item within ten working days from the date of execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References, Copies of Archive Documents or Archive Statements"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Archive References, Copies of Archive Documents or Archive Statements" (further - the state service) appears republican public institution "National archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the central Public Records Offices, the Public Records Offices of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent, the cities, areas (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Issue of Archive References, Copies of Archive Documents or Archive Statements" approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2015 No. 138 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11086) (further - the standard).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation) at the choice of uslugopoluchatel;

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

2. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.
