1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2011 No. 1238 "About approval of the document forms provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 59, the Art. 839) the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

1) and 4) to exclude subitems;

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) form of the form of the strict reporting for acceptance of the consular fee by consular establishments cash;";

2) form of the form of the strict reporting for acceptance by authorized state bodies or consular establishments of some obligatory payments in the budget which payment can be performed by cash, approved by the specified resolution, to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

The form of the certificate on statement on registration accounting on the value added tax approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows 3) according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
