To add subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for supply, storage, accounting and the reporting of expenditure of special forms of documents of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 14, 2004 No. 67/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2004 for No. 878/9477, after words "offices of notary public" with words "faces which according to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances" can carry out powers of the state registrar on receiving and delivery of documents,".
2. In the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 10, 2012 No. 41/5 DSK "About Execution of Certificates on the Property Right to Real Estate, Extraction, Information References and Statements from the State Register of the Rights to Real Estate on Special Forms and Introduction of Amendments to Some Orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2012 at No. 1365/21677:
