About measures for enhancement of the organization of activities in the field of anti-corruption

For the purpose of ensuring single state policy in the field of anti-corruption I decide:

1. Approve enclosed:

a) Standard regulations on the commission on coordination of work on anti-corruption in the subject of the Russian Federation;

b) Standard regulations on division of federal state body on prevention of corruption and other offenses;

c) Standard regulations on body of the subject of the Russian Federation on prevention of corruption and other offenses.

2. Recommend to management officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) of subjects of the Russian Federation in 3-month time:

a) form the commissions on coordination of work on anti-corruption in subjects of the Russian Federation. In case of development of regulations on such commissions to be guided by the Standard regulations on the commission on coordination of work on anti-corruption in the subject of the Russian Federation approved by this Decree;
