About entering of amendment into the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following amendment:
to add item 4 of article 7 after the words "5 years" with words ", except for the lands provided for up to 20 years for maintaining seed-growing, breeding, experimental economy, research, experienced and selection, seed-trial works and agricultural cooperatives".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than six-months term to take necessary measures for reduction of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with this Law.
