I. General provisions

1. These Regulations establish procedure for activities of State commission for counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output (further - State commission).

2. Organizational and material logistics of activities of State commission is performed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation gives organizational and methodical help to the representatives of federal executive bodies, other state bodies and organizations participating in preparation of materials for meeting of State commission controls terms of their preparation.
