About approval of the Regulations on the certificate of the local elected person and Regulations on the breastplate of the local elected person

Based on part (4) article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova

The parliament adopts this ordinary law.

Art. 1. - Approve:

Regulations on the certificate of the local elected person and sample of the certificate of the local elected person according to appendix 1;

Regulations on the breastplate of the local elected person and sample of the breastplate of the local elected person according to appendix 2.

Art. 2. - Provide to the government production of certificates and breastplates of the local elected person, and to executive bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels - their distribution.

Art. 3. - Declare invalid the Law on the Regulations on certificates and breastplates of advisers of local councils N 743-XIII of February 20, 1996.

Appendix №1

Regulations on the certificate of the local elected person

1. According to the Law No. 768/2000 the certificate is the document confirming powers of the local elected person as the official in the territory of administrative and territorial unit of the first or second level.

2. The certificate is issued to the adviser of local council and the deputy of primar signed by the corresponding primar.

The certificate primara, to the adviser of regional council and the vice-chairman of the area is issued signed by the chairman of the respective area.

The certificate to the chairman of the area, to primar of municipium of Belts and general primar of municipium of Chisinau is issued signed by the chairman of Central Election Commission.
